Credit Analyst

We are looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated, team player to join our BWD team as a Credit Analyst. This is a hands-on role requiring technical skills to spread and analyze financial statements, prepare loan presentations, and complete required cash flows, debt ratios, debt service coverage, and covenant testing. This may be the role for you if you possess the following education and experience:

  • College degree with an emphasis in finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret personal and business tax returns and financial statements.
  • Above average word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to compile, coordinate, and prioritize work flow.
  • Ability to work cohesively with multiple departments.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Compliance Officer

We seek an experienced Compliance Officer to join our BWD team.  This role manages the bank’s compliance programs including: policies, procedures, systems monitoring, technology-based controls, compliance training, as well as compliance monitoring and testing.  In addition, the Compliance Officer facilitates both internal and external reviews, audits, and exams.  To be considered, you must have the following experience and skills.

  • Expertise with internal controls assessment, risk assessment, design and development of audit programs, testing, process flowcharting, business process review, balance sheet, and financial accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years bank operations or compliance/audit experience.
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience.
  • Approachable demeanor with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, regulators, and auditors.
