Dear Customer,

Caring for our customers, colleagues, and communities is BAC Community Bank’s top priority. Our consistent approach to safety and stability is one of the cornerstones of providing exceptional customer service -- in all environments and at all times.

BAC is doing everything possible to protect your health, and the safety of our employees.  As you may have noticed, employees are wearing face coverings at all times during operating hours.  We enhanced the strict hygiene protocol in our facilities at the start of the Pandemic, and recently added extra services to maximize safety, like applying a disinfectant “fogger” to diffuse sanitizing anti-microbial solution in all BAC branches.

While our branches remain open to serve your needs, we ask that you work with us to provide the safest environment possible.  Please follow these safety measures when visiting a BAC branch:

  • Wear a mask, face covering or face shield.  If you do not have a face covering, please request a mask, and one will be provided for you. Note: If you choose not to wear a face covering, we will not be able to provide service in our branches.
  • Enter the branch lobby for complex transactions only.
  • For complex transactions, please consider calling the branch to make an appointment so that an associate can assist you in a timely manner.
  • Use the Drive-Thru, ATM, Express Depository or Bank-by-Mail options whenever possible for all routine business.
  • Maintain a 6-foot distance between you, bank employees, and the next customer while waiting in line.

Visit www.bankbac.com/drive-thru to find the nearest branch with convenient Drive-Thru lanes, allowing you to do all of your business from the safety of your car.  And, if you’d rather, we have ATM's or "Express Deposit" mail slots where you simply drop your deposit envelope, and leave the rest to us.

Announcement: Bank Closed on July 25th
On Saturday, July 25, 2020, our telephone Customer Service Department will be closed as we upgrade our operating system. Online Banking and Mobile Banking will remain available throughout the weekend. We will re-open with normal hours of operation on Monday, July 27, 2020.
