With the ongoing impact of COVID-19, MCNB Banks wants to assure you that we are still here to serve our customers.  We stand ready to meet all of your banking needs, as outlined below.

  • To open a new account:
  • To manage accounts 24/7 (check balances, review transactions, transfer funds between accounts):
  • To request help with your loan payment:
    • contact your lender to explore the available options for our customers negatively affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
  • To make deposits:
    • utilize Mobile Deposit by taking a photo of your check in app and depositing directly into your account or
    • visit one of our drive thru facilities to deposit cash.
  • To access funds:
    • make purchases using your MCNB debit card (now available in Mobile Wallet for your safety and security),
    • pay bills online through Bill Pay,
    • send money to another person in seconds using Zelle® online or in app, or
    • transfer funds online or in app to another financial institution through External Transfer.
  • To make a loan payment:
  • To ensure the safety of your information:
    • remember that we will never contact you to request your personal account information such as your account number, login ID, password, PIN, etc.;
    • also be cautious of links or email attachments that are sent to you.
