Updates to Online Banking and Personal Mobile Banking are coming soon!

We are excited to announce the dates for our scheduled upgrade to both Online Banking and Personal Mobile Banking. This upgrade will result in a new look and a unified user experience providing full access to all digital banking features in both our Online Banking and Personal Mobile Banking app.

Please visit www.bankbac.com/digital-updates for details. We will provide additional information at this link as we get closer to our launch date.

TIMELINE - OVERVIEW

  • Monday, August 21, 2023 and Tuesday, August 22, 2023
    Limited access to Online Banking and Personal Mobile Banking.
     
  • Wednesday, August 23, 2023
    Full access to upgraded Online Banking and Personal Mobile Banking.

STEPS TO TAKE BEFORE THE UPGRADE

  1. Be sure to know your log-in credentials (User ID and password) as these will be required the first time you access these systems after the update. Biometric login (fingerprint or facial recognition) will not be available for your first login.

    NOTE: The first time you log in after the update our system will prompt you for additional validation. You will be asked to further verify your identity by entering a one-time passcode that will be sent to you via text or phone call.
     
  2. Schedule any Online Bill Pay or Zelle® transactions before 6:00 a.m. (Pacific) on Monday, August 21, 2023.
     
    Online Bill Pay and Zelle® will be unavailable from Monday, August 21, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. (Pacific) through Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific). Although scheduled payments will process normally, new payments cannot be scheduled during maintenance. Please schedule your bill payments accordingly.
     
  3. Verify your debit card controls through "My Cards" are set appropriately before 3:00 p.m. (Pacific) on Monday, August 21, 2023.

    Card controls will be in "view only" mode during the upgrade.
     
  4. Review your Alerts to verify your current settings so you can re-establish these following the upgrade.

AFTER THE UPGRADE - OVERVIEW

Follow the steps outlined at www.bankbac.com/digital-updates to access the upgraded system and finish setting up your custom features, such as:

  • Alerts
  • Biometric (fingerprint or facial recognition) access to the app
  • Instant Balance / Fast Balances in the app
