We are excited to share several things this month that we think you will be interested in knowing.

 

Upgrades to Online & Mobile Banking

We are currently working on improving the look, feel, and functionality of our Online Banking and Personal Mobile Banking services. We want to make sure that your banking experience with us is always top-notch.

To achieve this, we are upgrading the format of our Online Banking platform (as shown above), introducing a better responsive design, and enhancing its functionality. These improvements will be rolled out in phases starting Monday, March 13, 2023.

Once the first phase is complete, users of Online Banking will enjoy an improved look and feel, whether accessing it through a computer or a smart device. In the coming months, we will be adding even more enhancements and features to our Online Banking platform and we will be updating our Mobile Banking app to provide you with a streamlined mobile experience.

Later this year, we will also be rolling out improvements for our business customers who use Online Cash Management.

We will keep you informed of the progress of these projects and look forward to helping you get even more out of your banking relationship with BAC Community Bank.

Please be aware of an iOS 16.4 operating system compatibility issue. If you choose to install iOS 16.4, our mobile banking app will not function. We are working with our vendor on updates and will notify you when the compatibility issue is resolved.
