Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness

Dear Customer,

We understand that everyone is concerned about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our communities. BAC Community Bank cares about the health and safety of our customers, our employees and our communities. We have taken measures to ensure that we continue to meet your banking needs while operating safely and effectively in any situation. We are doing all we can to make sure you have access to our branches, our bankers, and our call center staff. Over the years we have worked hard to be a reliable and trusted partner. It is in times like these that such relationships prove to be crucial as we face new challenges together.

BAC has activated our Pandemic Preparedness Plan as a precautionary step. Our plan follows guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local public health authorities. Our goal is to make sure that we have a dynamic and appropriate response to the risk caused by this virus. While not a comprehensive list, we have taken the following steps:

  1. Continued and enhanced daily cleaning and sanitization efforts in our branches and administrative offices;

  2. Ensuring our products and services are fully available to you;

  3. Monitoring the financial markets and discussing options for customers to meet their changing financial needs;

  4. Supporting our employees that are at-risk or have special needs;

  5. Limiting business-related employee travel until further notice by using teleconference capabilities instead;

  6. Modifying, postponing or cancelling large meetings; and

  7. Enhancing risk monitoring and management.

If you are unable to visit a branch while having a need to transact business, we want to call your attention to digital options available through BAC Community Bank that empower you to confidently bank virtually anywhere and at virtually anytime.
